Greetings IRWA Chapter 26 Members,

The Chapter 26 Executive Board is pleased to announce the OPEN nomination period  for the 2024-2025 annual Officer Elections on this day April 12, 2024. Please see attached and below for details on the nominations and elections process.

Please complete the form for the nominee of your choice, and submit it by using this link to email the Nominations and Elections Committee: Nomination Committee .  Please be sure to include all the reasons why your nominee will make an excellent choice for the selected position.  If you would like to make more than one nomination, please use a separate form for each.

You will also see attached a nomination form for Employer of the Year.  Here is an opportunity to recognize those firms who give extraordinary support both their employees and the IRWA.  Let us know all the reasons your firm is the best of the best.

Finally, please see attached nomination forms for the Professional of the Year and Young Professional of the Year.    These awards are bestowed upon active Chapter members who serve the Chapter throughout the year.

Next Steps:

• May 1, 2024 (Wednesday) - Nominated candidates and final ballot will be subject to Board Approval.  Upon approval the official motion will be made to open the 2024 - 2025 Election.  Members will be informed of the candidates and Open Election via e-mail.

• An email will be sent to the chapter membership with the approved Ballot, with a 14-day deadline for voting and submission. (May 1 - May 14)

• May 14, 2024 (Tuesday) - an email will be sent to the chapter membership informing them that the elections are closed as of 1:00 pm
• May 15, 2024 (Wednesday) - Join us for the annual membership meeting for the announcement of the newly elected 2024 Officers and annual Chapter Awards.
